Where is this footage from? I’m not seeing this on NASA’s website.
Edit: Confirmed this is not from Artemis II but instead the Artemis I Lunar Fly By mission from 3 years ago. The video OP is showing starts around the 2-hour mark.
60 years later and we can’t even strap a damn color camera onto these things to display the actual color of the moon. Just more of this grayscale crap. For fuck’s sake.

I was watching as they went to the far side, losing transmission as they went. It was the oddest feeling, imagining what it was like, that they were the farthest anyone had been from Earth & had no way to let ground control know if something went wrong. It was very surreal watching it happen.Â
